Refund policy

Any item(s) received incorrect/damaged please contact us at  kyleens.kreations@yahoo.com within 3 business days of receiving your product to initiate a replacement. If 3 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund. To be eligible for a replacement your item must be unused and in the same packaging and condition that you received it. 

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our behalf will not be accepted for replacement.
